PLACING ORDERS AND DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can place your order easily on-line through our website.
You can place your order in person at our Bassendean Studio by making an appointment through the site menu.
- You can contact us directly via email, phone our contact page and we can process your order manually.
All methods are subject to our same terms and conditions as outlined here online.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT ORDERS / BALANCE PAYMENT ON ORDERS
We offer the option of a partial or deposit payment on products such as or custom-made upholstery, along with some furniture and rug orders. By selecting this option, you the customer agree to pay the balance when we make the request, once your order is complete. We do not offer payment terms or storage of goods for an extended duration once they are ready.
Failure to make the balance payment will result in the forfeiting of your initial deposit in its entirety. We request final payment once via your nominated contact details. Should this invoice remain outstanding, as a courtesy at 14 days, we will issue a breech notice reminder advising that your payment has become overdue, with a further 7 days to pay, at the end of which your order will be cancelled and you deposit automatically forfeited. This scenario is however entirely avoidable from the outset.
CANCELLATION / ALTERATION OF ORDERS
In the event that you place an order and wish to cancel or alter it in any way, you must do so in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email email@example.com to do so.
If there is a variance in cost or detail to the alteration that you make, we will adjust this manually to reflect on your purchase invoice.
Once your order has been placed, after this time period has elapsed, you may not cancel or alter the order in any way.
CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS
Should you choose to cancel your order within this time, we will charge a 10% process fee to cover payment gateway and partner costs, with the balance being refunded to you.
CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOUR INITIAL WINDOW HAS ELAPSED
Once we have placed your order with our manufacturing or supply partner to be fulfilled, we are responsible to pay for it, in the same way that you are to us. If for any reason your order is cancelled or payment is not made within the requested time, your initial deposit will be forfeited in its entirety and we will on-sell the goods to recover our costs.
