4. Contact DECORISTA To Place Your Order

We generally encourage customers to place their order directly through DECORISTA using our contact form.

This allows us to guide you through the process from the beginning, answer any final questions and ensure you understand exactly what to expect before proceeding.

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll prepare your order and provide an invoice for a 50% deposit, with the balance payable once your furniture has been completed and is ready for collection or delivery.

Customers are also welcome to order online if preferred.

5. Final Review & Approval

Before manufacturing begins, we'll personally review your order and confirm your fabric selection, leg finish, configuration, layout and any available options specific to your chosen design.

We'll also provide a delivery quotation based on your location and requirements.

Manufacturing does not commence until all selections have been confirmed and your delivery quotation has been accepted. This gives you the opportunity to review every detail before your furniture enters production.

If you decide not to proceed at this stage, simply let us know and your order will be cancelled before manufacturing begins, with no further obligation.

6. Crafted In Perth

Once approved, your furniture enters production in Perth, Western Australia.

Most standard upholstered furniture orders are completed in as little as 35 days from approval for manufacture.

7. Delivery & Enjoy

We'll contact you once your furniture has been completed to arrange collection or delivery and welcome your new furniture home.

Every DECORISTA upholstered furniture design is created for years of everyday living and is supported by comprehensive warranty coverage for normal residential use.

We proudly offer:

• 5-year warranty on lounge frames
• 5-year warranty on upholstery foams
• 5-year warranty on seating support systems
• 5-year warranty on stitching and workmanship
• 3-year manufacturer's warranty on upholstery fabrics against manufacturing defects

All warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and apply when products have been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Every furniture item is supplied with relevant care and maintenance information, including fabric care instructions where applicable, helping to preserve the appearance, comfort and longevity of your furniture for years to come.
