How to Order

1. Choose Your Design

Browse our collection of Western Australian-made lounges and upholstered furniture and select the design that best suits your space, lifestyle, and design preferences.

To help you choose with confidence, every product includes a downloadable and printable specification sheet detailing dimensions, configuration options, and key product information. These detailed guides make it easy to compare designs, plan your layout, and ensure your chosen piece is the perfect fit for your home.

2. Select Your Fabric

Choose from our extensive virtual fabric gallery, featuring a curated collection of fabrics sourced from Australia's leading textile suppliers.

Every fabric in our standard range is available across our entire furniture collection, giving you exceptional freedom to personalise your furniture.

3. Place Your Order

Order online through our website or contact us directly for assistance. For bespoke fabrics, sizing alterations, or other special requirements, we'll provide a quotation before proceeding.

4. Order Review & Confirmation

Once your order is received, we'll contact you by email to confirm all relevant details, including your fabric selection, leg finish or leg style (where applicable), left- or right-hand configuration, and any other customizable options available for your chosen design.

At this stage, we'll also provide a delivery quotation based on your location and delivery requirements. Alternatively, free customer pick-up is available on all standard designs. If there is anything we are unsure about, we may contact you by phone to clarify the details.

Manufacturing will only commence once all selections have been confirmed and the delivery quotation has been accepted. This gives you the opportunity to review all details, including delivery costs, before production begins. If you decide not to proceed at this stage, simply let us know and your order will be cancelled with no further obligation.

5. Confirm Your Order & Deposit

Orders can be paid in full online, or alternatively we can provide an invoice for a 50% deposit to commence production.

If you contact us through our contact page, we'll be happy to assist with fabric selection, leg options, product recommendations, delivery arrangements, and any other questions you may have before proceeding. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll issue an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure and commence your order.

Once your selections have been confirmed and payment has been received, your order will be released for manufacture.

6. Your Furniture Is Made

Your furniture is carefully handcrafted in Perth using quality materials and traditional upholstery techniques. 

Our standard collection is typically ready for delivery within approximately 35 days. By manufacturing locally in Perth, we're able to offer reliable lead times and greater visibility throughout the production process.

7. Delivery, Pick-Up & Enjoy

We understand that every customer has different requirements. That's why we offer both delivery and customer collection options.

Free customer pick-up is available on all standard designs. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged individually to suit your location and circumstances.

To ensure we can maintain the high level of service and care our furniture deserves, DECORISTA currently delivers within Perth and selected Western Australian locations only. We do not currently offer interstate shipping.

Once your furniture is ready, we'll contact you to confirm either your collection arrangements or delivery details. Delivery charges are additional to the purchase price and must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Then all that's left to do is enjoy furniture created especially for you.
